Juicy Grass Fed Beef Burgers

1 tsp. canola oil
3/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbs. Canola mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. grass fed ground beef


  • Saute’ onion in Canola oil for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and cook and additional 5 minutes until onions are soft and caramelized.
  • Cool 5 minutes.
  • Combine onions, mayonnaise, garlic and pepper with beef. Mix well.
  • Form into 4 patties.
  • Heat grill.
  • Grill for 2 minutes per side or to desired temperature.
  • Allow to rest.
  • Add favorite condiments and enjoy!

Seasoned Steaks

1 tsp. sea salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. butter
2 thyme sprigs
2 garlic cloves crushed


  • Bring steaks to room temperature
  • Pat dry.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Heat cast iron skillet to high heat.
  • Add oil, swirl in skillet, add steaks.
  • Cook 3 minutes each side.
  • Reduce heat to med low, add butter, thyme and garlic.
  • Baste steaks an additional 2 minutes.
  • Rest meat for 4-8 minutes.
  • Slice against the grain and pour butter mixture over meat.


  • Bring steaks to room temperature.
  • Pat dry.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place cast iron skillet with steaks into oven and cook 5 minutes per side.
  • Bring out of oven and heat oil and brown an additional 2 minutes per side or to desired taste.
  • Rest 4-8 minutes
